Hello December. You’re one of my favorurite times of year. You’re also one of the busiest. Here’s a quick update post.
Well, on Saturday the Fairy Tale Craft Fair will have finally arrived. I’ve been building my artwork and illustrations up to this for a couple of months now. It’s the culmination of months work and boy has it been great watching it all come together! I’ve been making, drawing, photographing, drawing some more. I’ll displaying my creations and artwork on Saturday so if you’re in Brighton or fancy a visit to Brighton, please come and say hi! You can read more about the work I’ll be showing on the Fairy Tale Craft Fair blog too.
About The Fairy Tale Craft Fair
The craft fair will be held at Brighton Racecourse, Freshfield Road in Brighton. There’s loads of free parking and it’s only £2 to get in on the day, kids under 12 go free. There will be 100 whimsically festive stalls to fill the venue. There will also be Santa’s photo booth, face painting, vintage singers and entertainment. The Snow Queen from Frozen opens at 10am and there’s also 200 free goody bags for the first visitors. It promises to be a magical day out for all the family!
The stalls will all feature handmade or hand designed creations (just like my ‘Hostess with the Mostess’ gift tags above), made by independent designers and makers. This Saturday 6th December also marks Small Business Saturday UK where everyone is encouraged to shop local and support the independent businesses in their area. Avoid the hustle and bustle of the high street and grab yourself a truly original gift from The Fairy Tale Craft Fair instead!
Countdown to Christmas in Style
As you may know I have officially become an Instagram addict over the last few months. It’s thanks to the lovely Instagram community that I have continued to build my portfolio and artwork, experiment and actually show my work, instead of hiding it away! Every day this month I’ll post a style infused Christmas advent image, to count down to Christmas. Come over and join me for some festive inspiration.
Until next time, have a fabulous day!
