Refund Policy

At Georgie St Clair, I pour my heart into every piece of artwork I create, and I want you to love your purchase as much as I loved making it. However, I understand that sometimes things don’t quite fit, and that’s perfectly okay.

Returns

You have 14 days from the date you received your artwork to return it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. I ask this to ensure the artwork remains in perfect condition for another happy home.

Refunds

Once I receive your returned item, I’ll inspect it and email you to let you know it has arrived safely. I’ll also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Please note that the timing of the refund may vary depending on your card issuer’s policies.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Unfortunately, I cannot refund shipping costs. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
