Emotion: Tender wonder, quiet awe, a breath held in stillness.
Symbolism: Whispers of Flight invites us to pause and notice the fleeting radiance. At its heart, a single Swarovski crystal draws the eye to the divine centre: a reminder to return to stillness and clarity amidst distraction. This work is both delicate and intricate, a meditation on beauty that is fleeting yet ever-renewing.
🖋️ Each butterfly is a unique collage made from my original pen and ink drawings, cut and reformed into unique species that exist only within this secret garden. Around the mandala, hand-quilled teardrop details guide the attention, echoing the rhythm of flight while grounding the piece in balance.
